TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Co-design with MKT and execute training programs for dealer distribution sales forces, ensuring deep understanding of products, strategies, and value propositions.
  • Deliver technical and commercial product training to internal and external sales teams.
  • Lead and coordinate demonstration trials, field tests, and other practical learning initiatives to support effective knowledge transfer.
  • Translate technical information into clear, value-driven commercial messages for sales execution.
  • Support dealers in the implementation of sales strategies through ongoing coaching and on-the-field guidance.
  • Collect feedback from sales teams and dealers to continuously improve training content and transfer methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment of training activities with marketing, commercial, and product positioning strategies.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and adoption of key messages in the field.

 

WHO YOU ARE 

 

 

  • Graduated in Agricultural Engineer, Agronomy or related fields.
  • 3 years of professional experience in related field.
  • Upper management skills, strategic thinking, leadership and teamwork.
  • Intermediate English level.
