Responsible for managing a defined group of healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a designated territory, you will maintain long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities within your assigned group. You will ensure demand generation in the retail and institutional private market of the Bayer Pharma Women's Health Care (WHC) portfolio. By designing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans, you will play a crucial role in achieving Pharma Sales targets in the private market.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and take measures to generate/influence sales with a defined group of customers in your territory, according to sales targets and identify potential opportunities.
- Use different channels (face-to-face and virtual) to regularly contact HCPs, developing sustainable relationships and identifying customer needs to build solutions that meet their expectations.
- Keep the medical panel updated, perform segmentation of assigned HCPs, and constantly evaluate market opportunities.
- Maintain active presence and coverage at effective frequency, including organizing events, get-togethers, and involvement of contacts in scientific engagements, both virtual and face-to-face, and periodize according to objectives.
- Manage your promotion budgets assigned.
- Possess a deep and comprehensive understanding of the business strategy, identifying how business solutions meet customer needs to accurately transmit product information and promote the product portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Implement scientific events promoting continuous medical education with HCPs.
- Monitor DDD KPIs to achieve positive evolution in your categories versus the market.
- Adapt sales techniques or approach methods based on findings, feedback interactions, and environmental conditions.
- Ensure active participation in all trainings defined by the company to assure development and personal growth.
- Implement multichannel marketing activities such as emails, newsletters, webcasts, webinars on specific topics, and collect customer insights for business improvement.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and present necessary information to internal and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal guidelines, managing internal administrative processes such as verification of habeas data, data update, and confirmation of sample receipts by mail, and update internal CRM systems.
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree or well-trained in administrative careers, marketing, health areas, or science with analytic capabilities.
- At least 2 years in Retail & Institutional Business, Sales experience (Sales Representative or District Manager).
- Experience in WHC portfolio (in similar positions or tasks).
- Language skills in Spanish/English at an intermediate level.
- Proficient in IT tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strongly recommended.
- Leadership drives results, strategic vision.
- Training in negotiation is desirable.
