YOUR TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
- Present and promote the benefits of Radiology Portfolio including contrast media, injectors and workflow Solutions to HCP and institutions.
- Scientific, technical and analytic advice to the assign accounts about the adequate used of Fluid delivery Injectors and its protocols
- Develop and maintain effective commercial relationships with assign accounts
- Sales responsible of assigned accounts
- Administrative management of assigned accounts
- Prepare technical dossiers of products, services, business models in collaboration with Iberian clinical specialists
- Training and clinical Support as post-sales services for assigned accounts
- Run product demonstration of Smart fluid delivery devices in events
- Project lead for injectors technology renovation programs
- Train HCPs in adequate use of Bayer products
- Lead project for customers to optimized contrast media consumptions
- Collaboration with OEMs to build collaborative offers
- Ensure compliance with company commercial and clinical policies
WHO YOU ARE
- Technical qualification as radiographer.
- Previous clinical experience in a radiology department of a hospital/clinic.
- Able to plan and implement in 90 days cycles with outcome focus.
- Negotiation skills.
- Customer centric: Obsessed with the needs of our customers, driven to deliver value to our customers and driven to deliver clarity in diagnostic pathways for patients.
- Demonstrated VACC and VITAL behaviors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels in a large international company with a matrix organization.
- Ability to get insights from data to build E2E solutions.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. English would be desirable.
