Digital Agronomic Solutions Specialist - Portugal Sul - 

 
   
   

Main Purpose

  • Focus on Sell Out and Digital Tools activation at farmer/ point of decision level, reporting to DSM.
  • Activate campaigns connected to Demand Generation Campaigns, for Sell Out of Bayer CropScience Portfolio
  • Contact with Farmers

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Plan future activities and visits, following strategy and details defined by Marketing Team, Demand Generation Lead.
  • Visit Farmers as defined in the plan, and presentation of Bayer Solution.
  • These visits and offer will secure the implementation of Bayer Digital Tools and Sell Out target, to reach Iberia target,
  • Transmit to Farmers the Bayer Solution Value (including or by Digital tools)
  • To split the final target accordingly with the strategy at farmer level on SalesForce.com
  • To feed SalesForce.com with reliable data collected every day in the farmer visits
  • Put in place, follow and use intensively AgroEspacios for Sales impact.
  • To implement Marketing Programs at farmer level according RADL strategy (DK challenge, side by side, VSR..)
  • Organize Field Days, Meetings with Farmers to present tailored Bayer solutions (Aligned with District Sales Manager)
  • Push the Bayer Compromise (agreeds) according to the farmer target.
  • Promotion of digital tools must be incorporated in the day-to-day exchange with the farmer.
  • Report all market insights to Manager through tools dedicated.
  • Be part of District Teams, to define together planning, and influence specially the Digital tools and Sell Out Plan

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Agronomic University degree
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in the Agricultural or commercial sector
  • Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills
  • Agronomic knowledge
  • Analytical mindset
  • Result oriented
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English a plus
  • Location : Portugal Sul
  • Geographic mobility will be valued
