EMEA Vegetable Seeds PS Production Assistant - Nijar-

Main Purpose

14. Responsible to assist in reliable and timely supply of Vegetable Seed, connecting closely with R&D and Supply Chain teams to aid new product advancement.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities 

14. Organize seed trial on field.
15. Communication of estimates, deviations and data collection in company systems.
16. Support in all aspects of crop cycle, from sowing, transplant, roguing, pollination, harvest to seed extraction and drying.
17. Support to ensure parental lines are genetically fixed.
18. Support seed request and seed cycle sampling.
19. Support to maintain accurate records of production increases, including inventory, purity, germination and disease testing for assigned crops.

Qualifications & Competencies 

1. 14. BS/BA or AS/AA with 1 year related work experience required .
   15. Physically capable of working in field situations .
   16. Ability to supervise large labor crews .
   17. Able to read, write and speak fluent English .
   18. Detail oriented, good organization, communication and human relation skills .
   19. Proficient in email, data entry, Excel, Access, Word, SAPWHAT WE OFFER
