Production Coordinator 

Job Purpose

• Coordinate the preparation, review, approval and update of production documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records 
• Ensure that all documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Monitor and track quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Present quality metrics in weekly production PSS meeting (Level 1, 2).
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to quality protocols.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs related to documentation and quality processes for production staff.
• Facilitate communication between production teams and quality assurance to address any documentation or quality-related issues.
• Support the investigation and resolution of quality incidents, ensuring proper documentation of findings and corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing documentation practices and overall quality in production operations.
• Maintain organized records of all operations related documentation and ensure easy access for audits and inspections.
• Participate in implementation and maintaining Halal and HACCP requirements in production.

Skills, Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, or related discipline) is mondatory.
• More than 5 years of experience in a production or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Fluent in English and French (Mandatory).
