Project Lead Warehouse Implementation (12 Month FTC) 

Purpose:

In collaboration with the Global Warehouse Implementation and MEA Project Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of this transition, operating within a complex business and operational landscape. You’ll manage multiple Bayer workstreams, align with the 3PL project team, and drive collaboration across diverse operational environments, IT systems, and processes to ensure a smooth warehouse move and 3PL setup.

Scope:

Local warehouse, regional interaction within project

Key Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate local implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Actively manage the scope of the project to completion
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
• Support the implementation of the new 3PL logistics solution while maintaining service continuity and compliance
• Actively drive communication with senior stakeholders

• IT, Regulatory, Quality, SCM
• Regional logistics team (MEA)

Skills & Qualifications:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with:

• Deep understanding of Customer Supply Chain operations
• Practical knowledge of SAP EDI transactions and 3PL logistics models
• Proven ability to communicate across all levels of project governance
• Strong coordination skills to manage the warehouse transition and 3PL implementation
• Experience ensuring Customer Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory (GxP) requirements are met throughout all phases of the project
• Proficency in French and English 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
