JOB MAIN PURPOSE:
- Achieve Sell-out and Brand targets for Corn Seed business of the Sales Territory
- Responsible (doer) to execute all Corn Seeds Retailer Programs, Demand Generation Activity & Marketing Campaigns in their sales territories in coordination with the RSM, CAC and 3rd party field promoters.
- Prepare sell out plan and facilitate sales from distributors to dealers, cooperatives, big landowners, financiers and contractors to ensure product availability
- To achieve POGs (liquidation) and market share targets agreed with RSM in the Sales Area.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the sales planning and forecasting, budgeting process, pre and post implementation of Sales Area’s Demand Generation Programs and Sales promotional activities
- Close coordination with the Campaign Activation coordinators to ensure seamless execution of farmer marketing activities and is aligned with Grower Marketing strategies and plans.
- Provide the necessary market data and business intelligence information to aid in business reporting and planning.
- Manage Bayer's’ customer relationship with all second layer accounts and stakeholders
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and submits the Annual Sell out, Liquidation (POGs) and market share target in the Area to the RSM for.
- Plans, organize and implement Territory Retailer Sales plan to achieve sell-out, Demand Generation Activity Plan to ensure attainment of Liquidation (POGs) and market share objectives for all CP and Rice seeds in his area of responsibility.
- Coordinate with RSM and CAC in the Sales Area for Demand Generation and Campaigns activities planning.
- Gathers market data, market updates and competitor’s field activities, ensures submission of reports Liquidation (POGS) objective, market info, competitive info) on time, through the use of Bayer’s
- Customer Relationship Management system (SFDC, LEAD)
- Close coordination with MD with regards to Region sales Group and 3rd Party Field Technicians technical knowledge, product stewardship and customer product complaints.
- Manages the Bayer Farmers Network (Dekalb Ambassador, Advisors) in the territory pertaining to selection, maintenance and appraisal of performance and setting / attainment of targets
YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate preferably BS Agriculture or any 4-year business related course
- With earned units in Masters in Business Management or equivalent is an advantage
- At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing operations
- At least 2 years experience on Retailers and Distributors Management
- At least 2 years experience as Sales Representative on a district Level
- Experience in Marketing is an advantage
