Are you a commercially driven agricultural professional ready to elevate the success of market‑leading crop protection products? We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build strong industry relationships, and strengthen our position as a trusted partner in Crop Science across the region

 

In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute the regional sales plan to achieve turnover, market share, and profit objectives. You’ll represent a respected portfolio of agrochemical products while maintaining a strong presence with customers, industry bodies, and key influencers.

Do something that moves you:

  • Promote the Crop Science portfolio through reseller training, targeted promotions, field days, and incentives.
  • Drive regional sales by motivating merchant partners, supporting accurate forecasting, leveraging marketing activities, and maintaining a regular customer call cycle.
  • Provide responsive after‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen long‑term relationships.
  • Collect market and competitor intelligence to inform product positioning and future opportunities.
  • Work with Country, Marketing, and distributor partners to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Identify and deliver advertising, promotional, and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Build strong networks with key industry bodies and influencers to maintain high visibility and credibility.
  • Attend key agricultural events and act as a recognised industry specialist.
  • Manage regional budgets effectively through accurate planning and resource optimisation.

 

 

Does this sound like you?

  • Tertiary qualification in horticulture, agricultural science, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven success in sales and marketing within crop protection or crop inputs.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry and key New Zealand cropping systems.
  • Previous experience as a sales manager with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales and merchandising strategies.
  • Strong analytical capability and excellent relationship‑building skills.
