Line Technician (Contract)

PURPOSE

Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging machines in the Operations area.

MAJOR TASKS

• Perform preventive maintenance work orders (WO) on time according to the approved schedule and before the due date, using the vertical start-up concept.

• Ensure preventive maintenance activities follow the task list and are marked as completed in the CMMS system.

• Provide “Job Critique” feedback to support the improvement of maintenance standards.

• Maintain the 5S standards in the work area and ensure proper care of maintenance tools.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with quality standards (GDP) and safety regulations (K3).

• Confirm that all required spare parts are prepared and available before performing preventive maintenance.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Minimum of a D3 (Diploma) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Communication

• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
