Line Technician

PURPOSE

Responsible for the implementation of Preventive/Corrective maintenance for production and packaging machines in the Operations area

MAJOR TASKS

• Execute preventive maintenance work orders (WO) in a timely manner according to the approved schedule, applying the vertical start-up concept.

• Ensure all preventive maintenance tasks are carried out in line with the task list and update the status to “completed” in the CMMS system.

• Provide job critiques to support continuous improvement of maintenance standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized 5S work area and ensure proper care of maintenance tools.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with quality standards (GDP) and safety regulations (K3).

• Verify that all required spare parts are available prior to executing preventive maintenance.

• Operate machines when necessary to support production operators, as assigned by the supervisor.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Minimum D3 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• High school graduate with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Relevant Experiences

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Certified CTA Level 2 on at least 1 machine

• Completed Basic Technical Training

Communication

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (mandatory)
