Management Support & Analyst

PURPOSE

Provide data-driven insights and analysis as a reference for strategic decisions at all levels of the organization. Optimize resources and processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s operations.

KEY TASKS

• Maintain, monitor, and analyze management support consumables inventory.
• Responsible in managing Asset lifecycle system in Enabling Function such as requesting, procurement, identifying and disposal.
• Monitor and track the operational budget for the Enabling Function, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize spending effectiveness.
• Support the analysis of site projects, including new developments, technology transfers, and CapEx projects.
• Oversee end-to-end outsourcing management, including requisition analysis, hiring, placement, and invoicing.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
