Material Handling

MAJOR TASKS

1. All process material handling and transactions is performed according to Standard Operational Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practice, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment, Halal System and compliance with applicable company regulations.

2. To perform administrative and documentation activities and also ensure stock accuracy and all transaction execution timely manner in ERP SAP system with taking into account Company Compliance and Regulations.

3. To perform material identification such as material labeling and to ensure material accuracy that used for production process.

4. Able to operate Material Handling Equipment to support operational activities with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

5. Active participate to do saving, reduce working complexity and continuous improvement to support Company’s Operation Excellence.

6. To perform good communication and collaboration to colleague, superior, cross function internal Supply Chain Management and cross department such as Manufacturing Business Unit and Quality.

7. To assist in the process of hazard identification and K3L risk assessment as well as implementing and maintaining operational control related to activities in the work area.

8. Support, actively participate and implement the K3L Program related to the work area and report and assist in the investigation process regarding deviations in quality aspects and safety incidents that occur in the work area.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.

2. Have experience minimum 2 years in the same field.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MES/Pas-X, ability to process data and numbers and also experience using ERP SAP system.

4. Understand the basic principles of cGMP, K3L, Halal, HACCP.

5. Honest, detailed, thorough, cooperative, leadership and responsible.

6. Ability to independent work and part of team.

7. Oriented to results and continuous improvement.

8. Willing to work with shifting mode.
