Technician (1-year fixed term contract)

PURPOSE

Responsible for the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance for production and packaging machines in the Operations area.

KEY TASKS

• Execute preventive maintenance work orders (WO) in a timely manner according to the approved schedule, using the vertical startup concept, before the due date.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance work follows the task list and confirm that the status is marked as completed in the CMMS system.
• Provide "Job Critique" for the improvement of maintenance standards.
• Maintain a 5S work area and pay attention to the upkeep of work tools.
• Ensure that maintenance work is executed in accordance with quality standards (GDP) and safety regulations (K3).
• Ensure that all spare parts are ready prior to the execution of preventive maintenance.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: At least a D3 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Communication: Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
