Technician

PURPOSE

Fully responsible for maintaining the reliability and operability of equipment in non-manufacturing areas, such as utilities and laboratories. This role focuses on executing routine maintenance, investigating breakdowns, and implementing preventive measures to ensure similar failures do not recur, ultimately guaranteeing maximum equipment availability.

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible on making sure availability of equipment within utility line, laboratories, and other areas other than manufacturing areas starting from damage analysis, action planning; and also the implementation of periodic maintenance on the line, including continuous improvement.
• Ensure there is no recurrence of breakdown in same problem happen in utility areas, laboratories and other areas other than manufacturing areas by analyzing data on damage that has occurred, and making preventive actions to prevent repeated damage events.
