Warehouse Operation Interface |

PURPOSE
Enable integrated and efficient warehouse operations between Bayer and 3PL providers, ensuring smooth sell-in, overflow transportation, and export-import activities, while maintaining full compliance with QSHE and regulatory standards through cross-functional collaboration.
MAJOR TASKS
- Serve as the main contact between Bayer and external logistics partners, aligning processes, standards, and expectations.
- Integrate in-house and external warehouse operations to enable smooth material flow, overflow transportation, and optimal resource use.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for sell-in execution, export-import, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party logistics providers, transporters, and other vendors.
- Monitor service levels, compliance, and performance; initiate improvements and support contract management and reviews.
- Coordinate operational interfaces for receiving, storage, dispatch, returns, overflow transportation, export-import, and sell-in execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all transactions in SAP and other systems.
- Promote flawless execution of warehouse processes by collaborating with all relevant parties and proactively resolving bottlenecks.
- Maintain strict compliance with Quality, SHE, cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulations; manage CAPA, deviations, and audits.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders – both internal and external, communicate operational issues and improvement opportunities, and facilitate alignment for operational initiatives.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science and Technology, or related fields.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/logistics operations.
- Experience in project management and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality, SHE, and regulated environments.
