As a Key Account Representative, you guarantee the formulation of products by doctors through the promotion and management of your Key Accounts. You apply marketing and access strategies designed by each business, seeking the fulfillment of sales objectives through direct contact with various stakeholders and commercial clients. This role is crucial in ensuring alignment with established commercial and Corporate Compliance policies within the local scope.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement measures to generate and influence sales with a defined group of customers in your territory, aiming to meet sales objectives and identify potential opportunities.
- Utilize various channels, both face-to-face and virtual, to regularly contact healthcare professionals, fostering sustained relationships and identifying client needs to create solutions.
- Anticipate future customer needs and organize a network of internal functions and resources to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain an active presence and coverage with effective frequency, organizing events, meetings, and participating in scientific engagements, both virtually and face-to-face, prioritizing according to objectives.
- Initiate, coordinate, and monitor action plans, managing budgets according to client groups, and prioritizing based on objectives.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of business strategy, identifying how business solutions meet customer needs to convey product information and promote product use accurately.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Adapt sales techniques or approaches based on feedback interactions and environmental results.
- Ensure active participation in all company-defined training for personal development and growth.
- Properly utilize digital resources such as multi-channel marketing, emails, newsletters, webcasts, topic-specific webinars, and collect customer insights to improve business; proficiently use Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems to analyze data, prepare reports, and present information to internal and external clients.
WHO YOU ARE
- Professional background in Health, Marketing, or administrative careers.
- Desirable 3 years of experience in medical visits and sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Familiarity with the Guatemalan Health System.
- Strong stakeholder management with specialized contacts such as hematologists, ophthalmologists/retinal specialists, cardiologists, and pulmonologists.
- Marketing knowledge and proficiency in office packages.
- Ability to manage and interpret market audits.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability and negotiation skills.
