Regulatory Affairs Coordinator 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:  

• Craft and drive regulatory strategies that champion autonomy, speed to market, and a focus on growth-driven innovation, ensuring the favorable registration of new products.

• Orchestrate and monitor the submission plan, ensuring timely Marketing Authorizations for product acquisitions or licenses, embodying our value of responsiveness and proactive engagement.

• Ensure management and maintenance of sanitary registrations for the Consumer Health Division, leveraging expertise to navigate the regulatory landscape of Central America and The Caribbean with precision and strategic foresight.

• Guarantee product adherence to current regional legislations and Bayer's policies, while proactively managing quality systems and leading regulatory compliance efforts that reflect our principles of continuous improvement and accountability.

• Guide the regulatory process for advertising materials, ensuring alignment with both regulation and Bayer’s policy, while promoting a culture of integrity and ethical marketing.

• Innovate strategies for product switches to OTC or Food Supplements, commercial acumen to seize market opportunities and drive competitive advantage.

Who You Are:

• University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with MBA or other higher studies

• Wide knowledge and experience in Regulatory Affairs in countries of CAC for OTC products

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing

• High service level and notable soft skills

• Learning mindset and teamwork

• Responsibility, honesty, ethical behavior, commitment.

• Commercial vision to challenge claims and get competitive advantages.

• Lobbying skills and leadership with government entities, chambers and associations.
