TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Warranties Management: Track and follow up on warranty claims and documentation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Credit Bureau Coordination: Monitor and manage credit bureau reports and related documentation.
  • Purchase Orders: Support the creation, tracking, and reconciliation of purchase orders. Ensure alignment with budget and procurement policies.
  • Legal Documentation: Maintain and organize legal case files and documentation. Assist in preparing and submitting required legal paperwork.
  • Property Administration: Oversee documentation and administrative tasks related to company properties. Coordinate with facilities and legal teams for property-related matters.
  • Travel and Expense Support (Concur): Assist employees with travel bookings and expense submissions. Ensure compliance with travel policies and timely reimbursements.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Finance team. Support in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.  

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Education on Administration, Finance, Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience (desirable in agricultural sector) in areas such as Administration, Credit & Collection, Accounting Basic understanding of legal and financial documentation.
  • SAP: High / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) / Power BI Familiarity with Concur or similar expense/travel management systems.
