Brand Manager Sr.
Develops and implements brand and product strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales within the organization. Analyzes market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product development and positioning.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to define product requirements and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Manages the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies. Monitors and evaluates product performance, utilizing data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and optimize brand visibility. Ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials, fostering strong brand equity and customer loyalty.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the product plan for a specific product /product family which includes identification of appropriate markets and development of effective marketing strategies and tactics.
- This position is also responsible to achieve or exceed sales targets of assigned product with the support of the whole commercial team (incl. Trade/shopper marketing, Account team, and field force) through a comprehensive marketing mix.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities with punctual budget management. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on going visits to customer and non-customers.
- The Brand manager is responsible for the control and analysis of his/her brand P&L´s outlining eventual deviations and opportunities and developing and following plans according to the brand’s financial requirements.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.
- Fully fluent in English writing, reading and oral.
- Presentation Skills.
- Experience: +3 years in Marketing.
- Knowledge of FMCG or OTC Market. Capabilities: Strategic Thinking, Analytical Ability, Innovative Orientation, Assertive communication and active listening, Team worker, Creative, Oriented to results, Networking builder, Market and Consumer Sensibility, Conflicts Management.
