As the Product Team Lead for Lynkuet (Menopause Management), you will ensure marketing and business alignment by acting as a central marketing language head. Your role will be to ensure that the product team is aligned with the main outcomes and outputs necessary to implement the strategy of our portfolio, maintaining a full strategic vision of all the brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an informal leader of the customer teams and other functional areas included in the product team, such as Medical, Training & Access.
  • Escalate the main hurdles to the country leadership team and bring the voice of the client to the organization.
  • Continue the product manager's responsibility for implementing Global & Regional Kerendia Strategic Launch by adapting core value messages at the country level.
  • Ensure best-in-class launch by facilitating communication between the Marketing team, Sales, and Key Support areas (Medical & MACS).
  • Ensure alignment between strategy and goals.
  • Achieve close follow-up of operational implementation in the field.
  • Implement all strategic steps with a key focus on the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) while maximizing business opportunities in both the private and public sectors.

Key Tasks: Local & Regional as a LATAM Brand Coordinator

  • Ensure marketing excellence capabilities for the successful launch of Lynkuet, supporting strategy processes and coordinating support areas.
  • Act as a central marketing language head to ensure the organization is equipped with the right capabilities to successfully implement the strategy of our products.
  • Provide overall proactive direction, including resource allocation efforts through building, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and KPI quality review of Lynkuet launch KPIs.
  • Develop all types of analyses to guarantee proper follow-up of product development across all indications and audiences; propose and implement strategies to ensure the full business potential of Lynkuet.
  • Provide high-level, periodical, and systematic information regarding the status of launch projects for executive sponsors and project leadership team members; provide management oversight of IBP.
  • Ensure IBP execution with a high level of excellence.
  • Facilitate the creation of the team's vision and outcomes to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure the incorporation of the customer's voice.
  • Foster team dynamics, empowerment, and innovation within the multifunctional team to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Promote peer evaluation and continuous feedback objectively to achieve the 90-day results.
  • Ensure there are spaces to review the progress of outcomes among the team.
