TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Supports the PV Regional Center Manager overseeing all Case Management tasks and activities covered by the PV Regional Center.
- Supports the PV Regional Center Manager on keeping oversight of the Case Management activities and tasks handled by external service suppliers.
- Supports and aligns with the Regions Case Liaison Manager to harmonize and streamline processes across PV Regional Centers.
- Tasks include the areas listed below: PV Case Management Subject matter expert for all matters regarding PV cases/Product Technical Complaint (PTC) handling relating (but not limited) to: PV case receipt and transfer to Argus where applicable. Identification of PV cases where missing or unclear information is provided and performs clarification as needed.
- Case follow up and action item handling activities.
- Coordination of translation of PV case source documents.
- Liaises with the Country Quality Function in relation to PV cases associated with PTCs and aligns on actions, if required.
- PV case reconciliation with internal and external partners.
- Reporting of PV cases to Health Authorities, Investigators and Ethics Committees where applicable.
WHO YOU ARE
- Scientific degree related to the area, with more than 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Pharmacovigilance.
- Experience in leading functional teams in an international and multi-country setting.
- Excellent English language (written and verbal communication).
- Team worker, able to work under tight timelines.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to find solutions (technical and non-technical) in a complex environment.
- Ability to improve processes and procedures.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of major concepts in data management and systems.
- Core Bayer competencies relevant for the position: manages complexity, plans and align, drives results and instills trust.
