Corp Social Responsibility Manager 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Design, Lead and Execute of the Social Responsibility Strategy.

- Coordination of the STEM and Baylabs program.

- Alignment of the strategy with the global initiatives and with the businesses.

- Generation of CSR report and alignment of KPIs and Results.

- Liaison with associations and foundations with which Bayer works.

- Follow-up with civil society organizations in order to enhance Social Responsibility work and projects.

- Execution of the annual Sustainability Report on the impact of our initiatives on the pillars of the three businesses and under the umbrella of the global sustainability project.

- Administer the company’s Donations program activities, serving as primary point of contact for applicants, senior leaders and colleagues involved in this process. Optimizing workflow for evaluation of funds requests with appropriate internal committees, senior leaders and Community.

- In coordination with Corporate Societal Engagement CSE, administer the company’s Donation budget as well as Manage and deliver donations.

- Manage the production of materials, programs and events of CSE and related meetings.

Who You Are:

Education

• University degree (Law, Communication, Social Responsibility).

Skills/experiences

• 8 years of professional experience in Social Responsibility, foundation or similar.

• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

• Fluent English and Excellent Communication skills are highly desirable.
