YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the sell-out forecasting process, simplifying complex business models to optimize and accelerate decision-making. Lead strategic projects such as sales force restructuring, including resource allocation, territory alignment, and sizing.
  • Advanced Analytics and Modeling: Evaluate promotional effectiveness and monitor performance through advanced analytics. Implement and track customer/account profiling and segmentation, ensuring measurable results.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align projects and results with organizational goals. Partner with internal teams, including marketing, sales, finance, IT, compliance, and others.  Support the development of sales strategies for the PT teams, setting targets, KPIs, promotional plans, and actions for approximately 100 representatives across 10 countries in the region.
  • Tools and Data Management: Manage CRM tools and market intelligence systems, ensuring integration with sales and marketing processes. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure sales force performance.
  • Insights and Strategic Decisions: Deliver high-quality strategic business recommendations based on primary and secondary market data. Participate in brand planning meetings and international visits, contributing insights and guiding project implementation.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments, influencing stakeholders and strategic processes.
  • Advanced skills in analytical tools (Excel, Access, Power BI) and CRM systems.
  • Strong experience in forecasting, SFE processes, market intelligence, incentives, and business modeling.
  • Exceptional planning, project management, and problem-solving skills. Resilient, dynamic, and integrative personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
