TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the data used for Transfer of Value (ToV) reports on global platforms such as Crystal and CDIS, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with industry codes.

• You will provide timely support to the events team on strategic tasks such as tracking post-event documentation, validating administrative requirements, coordinating with suppliers, and closing logistical processes, serving as a key partner in ensuring the quality and traceability of each experience.

• You will oversee the proper administrative execution of events, ensuring that all required documents (contracts, purchase orders, reconciliations, etc.) are complete and correctly processed.

• You will track the entire supplier lifecycle: from their creation in systems to payment traceability and data validation in tools such as SAP.

• You will actively participate in the documentation, analysis, and improvement of internal processes within the area, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate repetitive tasks. • You will support the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the team's visibility of results.

• You will provide support in the implementation of new digital tools and regional operational transformation projects.

• You will be in constant contact with teams from different countries and functions, working collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving culture.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.

• More than 3 years of experience in similar roles within administrative, compliance, operations, or event support areas.

• Experience in industries where process management, time management, and attention to detail are key, such as events, travel, or corporate support agencies, is desirable.

• Basic knowledge of codes of ethics and regulatory frameworks in the healthcare sector is desirable.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills; ability to handle sensitive information and meet deadlines.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools such as SAP, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and collaborative platforms.

• Basic/intermediate level of English.

• Proactive attitude, solution-oriented approach, critical thinking skills, and willingness to work as part of a team.
