Major Tasks

  • Market Analysis: Responsible for accounting for market disruptors and their implications, capturing and anticipating changes in behavior or needs, and ensuring reflection in related Go-to-Market (G2M) plans.

  • Strategy Definition: Define the current and future go-to-market strategy by customer segment, aligned with customer success and brand experience strategies, in collaboration with the marketing team in LATAM.

  • Strategy Adaptation: Adapt the G2M strategy for different access models, respecting brand positioning and business needs.

  • Value Capture: Accountable for defining optimal value capture business models and project proofing methods, facilitating transferability to other regions.

  • Channel Management: Oversee channel management and performance, including phase-in/out, channel movements, open points, and target plans.

  • Policy Development: Build and manage channel policies and incentive schemes according to the distributor journey (Cost to Serve).

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with our programs and processes within the cluster.

  • Partnership Development: Partner with external organizations, vendors, consultants, and joint ventures to allow an outside-in driven approach and adherence to best-in-class transformational strategies.


Position Requirements

Skills:

  • Education: University degree in economics, business, marketing, or a similar field (Master's or equivalent preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managerial roles and customer interaction/facing roles.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L, financial and business acumen, and linkage to marketing tactical plans.

  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local market environment of various and diverse countries.

  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus and strategic mindset.

  • Organizational Interaction: Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Growth Factors: High level of growth factors, including breadth of perspective and understanding others.

  • Leadership Skills: High level of leadership skills, including customer focus, market knowledge, influencing others, and innovation/digital transformation.

  • Business Model Development: Experience in business model development (omnichannel).

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
