TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Collect and validate necessary data (internal and external) and perform the corresponding calculation and liquidation of incentives, awards and recognitions guaranteeing quality until delivery to HR for payroll payment.
  • Analyze, develop and propose harmonized Incentive Plans to PH Mexico management teams, aligned with Business Strategy and ensuring equity among teams.
  • Provide insights according to industry trends and the periodic analysis of management reports regarding incentive plans and payments, to support timely decision making and business steering.
  • Propose adjustments of updates to the plans if required.
  • Calculate and allocate quotas according to each sales role and responsibility, aligned with the approved Incentive plans and in line with Corporate Compliance Codes.
  • Train and provide information to the internal stakeholders in relation to the incentive schemes.
  • Lead processes design and tools required to support the above activities and propose improvements. Ensure proper data is reflected in Bayer system or support tools.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Math, Comp Sci, Statistics or related field.
  • 3 years working as a Sales Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or a similar position.
  • Advanced English level is required.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Extremely Organized.
  • Ability to problem solve.
