TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field force incentives are rewarding individuals and teams according to strategy.
- Third party becomes a strategic partner accountable of incentives calculations and market insights contributor.
- Incentive plans are aligned with Best Bayer Behaviors
- Incentives and bonus plans are aligned with local policy.
- Bayer PH Mexico has an incentives and bonus policy aligned with Best Bayer principles, flexible and focus on Bayer PH Mission.
- As a VACC Lead:
- Visionary – Guide teams in defining the field Force Reward strategy.
- Catalyst – Encourage and inspire teams to take decisions aligning Field Force Reward system with Team Missions and Outcomes.
- Architect – Co-create the most adequate incentive model.
- Coach – Coach the customer teams to be accountable of their self-decision making related to reward system and manage of exceptions.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor in Admin, Mathematics, Informatics, Finance, Economy or similar areas.
- At least 3-5 yeara of experiencie is sales force incentives is required.
- Advanced Excel command (expert mandatory).
- I feel confident using data management software ranging from Excel to software to develop AI systems to scheme analysis more practically.
- Basic Level of technical English.
- Focus on outcomes – define and deliver high impact outcomes.

- Collaborate with accountability – collaborate and hold each other accountable in and across teams.
- Co-create for customer – be close to the customer and co-create solutions for their needs.
