TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow-up of internal programs & protocols for attention to collaborators about any type of security or criminal incident.
- Support in the development & execution of intelligence products based on the security statistics,prioritizing prevention with the objective to mitigate security risks.
- Follow-up & register MSOC internal databases & platforms, for the adequate control and reporting of incidents.
- Collaborate in the performance of tasks entrusted by the Head of Security, related to the Corporate Security strategy and guidelines.
- Be an active member of the security area community at national and global level of the company.
WHO YOU ARE
- Lawyer, criminologist or psychologist with experience in security operation center or security/criminal incidents response (minimum 1 year).
- Strong communication and decision-making skills to act accordingly.
- Knowledge of security and crime regulations.
- Schedule Flexibility is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Attention and crisis management in case of incidents that may affect employees.
- Interaction under high levels of confidentiality, loyalty and discretion.
- Ability to work in a team and activities under pressure.
- Oral (presentation of issues in public) and written (reporting) communication skills.
