TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow-up of internal programs & protocols for attention to collaborators about any type of security or criminal incident.
• Support in the development & execution of intelligence products based on the security statistics,prioritizing prevention with the objective to mitigate security risks.
• Follow-up & register MSOC internal databases & platforms, for the adequate control and reporting of incidents.
• Collaborate in the performance of tasks entrusted by the Head of Security, related to the Corporate Security strategy and guidelines.
• Be an active member of the security area community at national and global level of the company.

WHO YOU ARE

• Lawyer, criminologist or psychologist with experience in security operation center or security/criminal incidents response (minimum 1 year).
• Strong communication and decision-making skills to act accordingly.
• Knowledge of security and crime regulations.
• Schedule Flexibility is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Attention and crisis management in case of incidents that may affect employees.
• Interaction under high levels of confidentiality, loyalty and discretion.
• Ability to work in a team and activities under pressure.
• Oral (presentation of issues in public) and written (reporting) communication skills.
