TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use CP and seeds journey, including adjustments along the season and internal/external communication.
- Lead, define and implement the country marketing communication strategy with focus on generating brand experiences for CP and seeds.
- Monitor brand health and activate action plans accordingly.
- Effectively collect and analyze market intelligence, market research and customer data analytics to assess market trends, track competitors and understand current/future customer needs.
- Utilize these insights to improve current and future marketing communications plans.
- Support product launches at subcluster level and ensure execution at country level.
- Translate all the facts of the products, defined by MD into benefits to our customers and by doing that increase our brand equity.
- Support integrated projects/process communication for all business opportunities like seeds, SAS, CP & Digital.
- Lead the deployment of the communication strategy with the support of demand generation and distributor channel.
- Support business partnership with key agency contacts.
- Support agencies to provide marketing communication tactics, creative executions, sales support materials, media plans, digital strategy, as needed.
- Work closely with finance to manage, prioritize and track budgets to maximize return-on-investment and stay within budget.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree in marketing, communications or related fields.
- At least 4 years of operational experience in Marketing and Communications is required.
- Advanced English level is required.
- International travelling availability is required.
- Management of advertising agencies.
- Understanding of local market environment.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- High level of growth factors (breadth of perspective and understanding others).
- Leadership skills (influencing, customer centricity).
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Communication.
- Desired knowledge in agriculture.
