TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Identify and diagnose training needs across teams, according to each role’s requirements and aligned with product and customer teams.
  • Design a Training Plan (content, timelines, KPIs, evaluations) for each team that responds to the performed diagnosis and strengthens the desired skills in Sales and Commercial teams.
  • Implement, monitor and evaluate the Training Plan, supported in digital tools and/or e-learning.
  • Ensure information is consolidated in one of the available tools.
  • Responsible for certification of Salesforce on scientific content and selling skills and of Coaching; in accordance with Bayer global programs (e.g. PFI, Closing Excellence).
  • Review and update periodically the established Training Plans.
  • Advising Salesforce managers on retention and talent development, and support in the selection process of new sales representatives.
  • Develop an onboarding strategy for new members of medical promotion and Sales/Commercial teams.
  • Support Ad Hoc Training requirements for other Pharma areas and projects (e.g. Third Party, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, PSP) when required.
  • Field work to provide relevant insights into training plans and the performance of sales teams regarding product knowledge and sales skills.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • University degree, Communication Studies, Business administration, HR Management, professional in Medicine or health professional Studies or related practices in teaching areas, preferably with the Health Sector.
  • Knowledge in Sales Training, Coaching / Mentoring.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Advanced English level is required.
  • Experience in negotiation of contracts and management of third-party providers.
  • Knowledge of e-learning tools.
  • Coaching and selling skills.
  • Standard proficiency in Excel and technological organization tools related to training activities.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Availability to travel.
