S&C Development Manager - Grocery 

 
   
   

Your task and Responsabilities:

 

  • Trade Master Plans: Create and execute the TPM by customer, ensuring sell out growth plans above the market.
  • JBP: Secure Joint Business Planning with customers, follow up and implementation.
  • Shopper Strategy Campaigns: Adapt the shopper marketing campaign according to the customer and channel needs, generating relevance to the shopper at the POS.
  • P&I: Manages budget by customers to drive maximum achievement of sales, profit and ROI.
  • Price & Promotional Strategy: Implementation of the optimum promotional strategy for the brands with customers, securing the NRM recommendation. Must secure post evaluation.
  • Customer Relationship: Build strong commercial relationship along with the Key Account manager to develop continues growth plans.
  • POS Execution: Must secure the plans implantation by customer, creating relevant engagement with the Field Force team.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.
  • English (90%) writing, reading and oral. Presentation Skills.
  • Experience: +years in Trade & Shopper Marketing preferred OTC and/or FMCG industry.
