YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in managing compliance program and sales operations such as conciliations and sales reports, monitoring and supporting the control of processes related to commercial programs (conciliations).
• Liaising with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties related to sales operations.
• Providing support for managing distributor contracts, including enrolling or removing them.
• Supporting internal processes for purchasing materialsand providing general support to marketing to ensure timely resources for projects.
• Administrative assistance: Expense reports, booking meetings and events, travel planning support.

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree: Finance, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or similar.
• At least 3-5 yrs experience.
• Proficient English level, both written and spoken.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Customer centricity, proactive, adaptable to challenging environments.
• Understanding of internal processes and rules Proficient in PC applications (MS Office, SAP)
