Supply Chain Planner 

 
   
   

TASK AND RESPONSABILITES

 

  • Run the Supply planning into the APO (global planning system) for finish goods and promo packs assuring the correct Service Level to achieve the sales target.
  • Perform the tolling planning for packs/re-labels/re-works or any activity that request a tolling process.
  • Follow up and control all the changes in the product that affects the Supply continuity.
  • Weekly review of alert monitors to react on time against any change that affects the Supply Continuity and assuring to have PO updated to provide a clean and real supply overview.
  • Look for the optimal inventory level, according with the local policies and business requirements to contribute with reduction of work capital.
  • Contribute with launches by giving follow up to first deliveries on time and participating as a Launching Team Member.
  • Follow up with the business team the recommend actions to reduce scrapping risk.
  • Provide the comments in the PLS dashboard about the mitigation actions.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor degree in Administration, Logistics or Engineer.
  • From 2 to 5 years of experience in planning and inventory management.
  • Advanced English level is required.
  • Advanced Office tools and SAP functionalities is required.
  • Negotiations, prioritize and communication skills.
