TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop training strategy ad hoc for different areas of the Division, seeking to increase the skills of the members of it and aligned with the commercial strategies (local and global), participating in the activities of Development, and identification of potential Sales Representative, Group Management, etc. from field observations and interventions with members of the same.
  • Design and offer courses and other training activities for developing skills and competences to the different positions of the members of the sales force management and other areas; to have the best training proposal to be implemented in the field.
  • Develop training ensuring a good return on investment (ROI), aligning the organization´s efforts towards achieving greater objectives with optimized resources.
  • Participates with sales team in training clients as a tool to support the achievement of the objectives, thus favoring the recommendation and/or prescription products division.
  • Create, develop and implement the Integrated Multichannel Marketing, Training & Development in Field country strategy for the whole Pharma Division considering the inclusion of the Asymmetrical Marketing alignment to improve Marketing Strategies.
  • Drives initiatives in Marketing & Sales considering the journeys, anticipating customers’ needs across brand, delivering assets (on & offline), impacting positively the people’s lives, leading disruption thinking into Pharma teams.
  • Turn Bayer Pharma México into a world-class organization in the learning activities of marketing and In Field teams, developing strategies, methodologies and materials for continuing education, generating significant behavioral change, breaking the cognitive fixations to generate and encourage processes of innovation, guarantying strategic support for an In Field Teams optimal performance regarding scientific knowledge, learning contents, assertive message delivery, selling skills, and soft skills.
  • Accompany Field Representatives to see the application of sales skills and support to correct deviations negatively impacting sales performance.

 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor (BA or BS degree) or master’s degree desirable in Health Care Sciences or Psychology.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of solid experience in the Pharma Sales training field with experience in Technical for Sales & Product.
  • Advance level of English language and Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Technical Experience: Design of Pharma Sales Training Programs, use and development of e learning platforms, advance facilitation skills, good domain on Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Integrated Multichannel or Digital Marketing.
  • Competencies and personal characteristics: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; advance facilitation and presentation skills; high results orientation and implementation skills; high level of energy, initiative and ownership; knowledge on adult learning and detect and talent management; good business sense and customer oriented; consulting and contracting skills, coaching and feedback skills; change management and the ability to understand the business strategy in which requires training activities.
