Utility Engineering Lead -CUB / Wastewater Treatment / Incinerator
Utility Engineering Lead
Central Utilities Building / Wastewater Treatment / Incinerator
PURPOSE
The Utility Engineering Lead is accountable for engineering, commissioning, applicable qualification, performance verification, and technical start-up of the Central Utilities Building (CUB), wastewater-treatment plant, and incinerator.
Reporting to the Project Manager — CUB / Incinerator / Wastewater Treatment, the role leads the assigned Utility Engineers and coordinates control-engineering, supplier, and commissioning resources from requirements definition through design, procurement, installation, testing, and operational handover.
The role owns the technical integrity and integration of utility and environmental systems, ensuring they are delivered in a safe, documented, tested, and operationally ready state to support campus commissioning and manufacturing start-up.
This position will ultimately be based in New Albany, OH. Initially, however, significant travel to the design firms will be required until the design and construction teams transition onsite, anticipated for mid- to late summer 2027. Some remote work will also be necessary until an onsite office is established, potentially as early as March 2027.
We would prefer candidates to be currently residing in the Eastern and Midwestern sections of the United States. Relocation is available.
