Digital Marketing Analytics Manager - REMOTE 




The primary responsibilities of this role, Digital Analytics Manager, are to:


  • Serve as a primary subject matter expert (SME) of digital media data, with an understanding of how media data connects with the rest of the marketing datasets;
  • Work with Media Lead to identify reporting visualization needs to support a combination of ad-hoc and automated evaluative, tactical optimization and planning analyses;
  • Manage day-to-day communication and expectations with internal stakeholders in relation to media data accessibility and utilization;
  • Work closely with other analytics SMEs and the media team to ensure unique media channel data needs are captured (e.g., newsletters, sponsorships, both have limited tracking capabilities compared to biddable channels);
  • Oversee day-to-day media data operations, including coordinating with media teams to perform data quality assurance and resolve issues in a timely manner;
  • Provide support for media reporting as the digital analytics team expands;
  • Partner with Marketing Data Analytics Lead to evaluate and identify second and third-party data providers in support of cross-portfolio advanced audience strategy across all paid media channels.
  • The primary location for this role will be Creve Coeur, MO, but residence based candidates may also be considered depending upon the location and needs of the business.  Relocation assistance may be offered for this role.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree;
  • 3-5 years of data solutions experience at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company or end-advertiser;
  • At least 3 years of experience with management and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels including but not limited to paid search, display, mobile apps, and social;
  • Extensive technical expertise with Google marketing platforms, and social media platforms;
  • Strong knowledge of media delivery, engagement, response, ad verification metrics and measurement solutions;
  • Experience with Data Visualization/BI tools like Tableau, Datorama or PowerBI to create online dashboards and enable reporting and optimization;
  • Ability to translate data into insights to guide media optimization and planning;
  • Strong collaboration ethics including professional manner of giving and receiving feedback, and partnering with other teams to strive for overall cross-company success;
  • Proven record of successful performance in ambiguous situations and defining concrete action items with limited guidance;
  • Excellent organization, project, and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment;


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in B2B industries, agriculture, or commodities sector;
  • Experience with Data Management Platform (DMP) activation including Demand-side platform (DSP), Ad Servers, Targeting platforms and Dynamic Content Optimization (DCO).
