Digital Service Advisor
The Digital Service Advisor (DSA) is responsible for driving strong digital performance across a defined region by translating business insights into clear engagement strategies and execution plans. This role serves as a strategic connector between digital enablement teams, internal partners, and customers—ensuring digital solutions are adopted effectively, delivered consistently, and aligned with regional priorities. The DSA brings deep product expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to help maximize value and outcomes from digital tools.
This position is Creve Coeur, MO-based, or available for candidates in the Midwest, ideally in the role’s territory: NE, KS, or CO.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

Partner with digital enablement teams through regular check-ins to align priorities, share progress, and remove roadblocks.

Own and deliver regional digital performance goals by monitoring results, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement.

Analyze business data and convert insights into clear engagement plans, actions, and outcomes.

Serve as a product expert, confidently communicating features, benefits, and customer value.

Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings for customers and stakeholders.

Use CRM and performance-tracking tools to manage work, improve efficiency, and maintain accountability.

Represent the digital brand professionally in all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.

Communicate regional engagement results regularly and take ownership for improving performance.

Develop and execute implementation plans that increase adoption and improve territory results.

Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen digital engagement outcomes and support regional strategy.

Monitor customer adoption, identify gaps or non-compliance, and coordinate follow-up actions to drive resolution.

Coach and support regional stakeholders to help them successfully engage customers with digital solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve the partner experience, including processes, day-to-day operations, and tools.

Support escalated or complex requests and accelerate resolution during peak or seasonal periods.

Work closely with enablement partners to ensure knowledge continuity and consistent execution across the region.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required:
-
BA/BS Degree, preferably in agriculture, business, marketing, or related field.

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interactions and service
-
Strong working knowledge of Fieldview
-
Customer support and/or account management experience
-
Organized, detail-oriented individual with ability to multi-task, maintain accuracy of information, and meet deadlines with little supervision

Limited travel required
Preferred:

Experience leading teams through influence
-
Agriculture data and management experience
-
Prior experience in customer support increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention

Ability to build strong relationships over the phone
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $57k-86k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
