Inventory Control Analyst  

The Inventory Control Analyst will drive inventory management activities across all brands and products in the portfolio, assuring that Bayer complies for inventory reporting. 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responsible for monthly inventory reporting across all brands for sites as assigned 

  • Implement and maintain processes and procedures to assure compliance with Corporate requirements Resolve any inventory issues and accountable for highlighting any potential issues, opportunities to management when appropriate 

  • Ensure that KPI metrics are maintained and reported monthly 

  • Conduct analysis to solve inventory issues  

  • Work across various teams to coordinate and complete annual site audits 

  • Proactively develop and recommend process improvements in support of organizational strategy and goals 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: 

  

Required Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS required; experience within supply chain, logistics, or distribution preferred 

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to influence, manage conflict, and build cross functional relationships with key stakeholders and inventory locations 

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  

  • Proficiency with SAP and the ability to learn various inventory management and warehouse management systems 

  • Demonstrated analytical skills 

  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks both inside and outside Bayer

  • Excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills in a business environment 

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $60,888.00 - $91,332.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
