Responsible Use Business Architect
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Responsible Use Bus Architect, are to:
- Drives and facilitates the right discussions with the Responsible Use Leadership Team;
- Identify and prioritize business capabilities to achieve the vision § Create and maintain business capability, data, process, and technology inventories;
- Work across functions to gather and document the business and technology landscape within scope of the Responsible Use Program;
- Lead, build, manage, and enhance business capabilities by introducing a maturity model and optimization framework;
- Drive enablement of the longer-term capabilities roadmap by actively participating in the strategic planning process;
- Provide input to the scope definition of strategic initiatives to leverage and create capabilities;
- Create and maintain Capability Heatmaps, Roadmaps, and Maturity Models to provide visibility to impacts, dependencies, overlaps and opportunities;
- Conduct Capability Maturity, Impact, and Health Assessments;
- Work closely with Digital and Management Systems Teams to ensure alignment;
- Presents recommendations and solutions clearly and concisely and can focus on key points to portray the intended message or purpose;
- Advocate and drive adoption of "best practices" to ensure standardization of business architecture and data governance outputs across the enterprise;
- Takes an active role in enterprise portfolio investment strategies by assessing and rationalizing proposed enterprise capabilities;
- Business thinking and highly strategic to define practical solutions that align with corporate strategy;
- Effectively manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines with thoughtful and necessary escalation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience in Business Process, Operational Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Information Technology, etc;
- Demonstrated capabilities in influence, problem solving, candor, project management and developing & implementing strategies driving compliance;
- A high degree of responsibility and accountability providing high quality, compliant service to all customers are necessary for success;
- Proficient in Project Management Tools;
- Process Positive attitude with collaborative mindset and high degree of responsibility and accountability; Lean and Six Sigma Expertise Excellent communication;
- Influencing and leadership skills.
