TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems in the territory assigned.
- Implement the Sales Activation Plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines.
- Implement the Demo Plots Plan, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.
- Document on the appropriate tool designed by Bayer, all the information related to Demo Plots and Growers events previously agreed in the sales activation plan.
- Train the distributors sales reps about Bayer portfolio and systems, brand positioning and guidelines, value selling, etc.
- Responsible for controlling and follow-up the Bayer and distributors’ investments agreed in the marketing plan and PIB.
- Provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors’ main activities, etc.
- Document all interactions/relationships cooperants growers (Growers where we establish Demo.
- Plots and/or provide their field to do events with other growers) through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.
WHO YOU ARE
- Position based in Culiacán for Pacific South zone.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related.
- Experience in corn farming is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or crop management is required.
- English language desired.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Power Point and Excel.
- Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Key Competences: Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Account Planning.
