Plant Processes and Masterdata Expert (all genders)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the operational readiness and digital advancement of IT production and logistics processes (SAP, myDoc, etc.) by managing IT and digital transformation projects and implementing new software versions, including change management for the entire site.

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale IT and digital transformation projects, including software implementations and change management, while ensuring project quality, timelines, costs, and resource availability.

Coordinate local operations at the Dormagen site and collaborate with global Product Supply sites while managing and implementing global IT projects to ensure local IT and process requirements are met.

Act as SAP and Process Expert (Key User) and Local Process Owner (SAP-ERP) for Production and Warehouse, partnering closely with users, departments, and the Global Process Owner community.

Support for ICS and QM audits.

Own and continuously optimize production, warehousing, and shipping processes within SAP R/3 (SD, PP-PI, WM/MM), including coordination of related logistics planning activities and development of production-related system processesat the Dormagen site.
WHO YOU ARE
-
At least a bachelor’s degree or comparable additional training in relevant fields such as production and logistics engineering (industrial engineering), process management, IT management, and digitalization (BSc, MSc, or advanced degree).

Several years of experience managing relevant projects and optimizing processes in a global IT environment with local implementation.

Excellent knowledge of production, logistics, and documentation processes (e.g., SAP, myDoc, etc.) and how they relate to one another.
- Strong understanding of the interplay between production and logistics processes, master data, and digital reportin
- Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate others and effectively resolve conflicts
- Proven project management and technical leadership skills, combined with a well-organized, time-conscious, and flexible working style
- Dedicated customer focus and the ability to work effectively in an intercultural environment.
