Agile Coach
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to lead and embed Agile principles across our organization. You will be a key driver in our transformation journey, helping teams evolve through coaching, mentoring, and structured guidance. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our future operating model and strengthening internal capabilities in Agile methodologies.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Design and implement programs to foster the adoption of Agile principles across the organization.
- Develop a recruitment, training, and development strategy to build internal Agile coaching capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver Agile training to diverse teams.
- Provide clear guidelines and support to central and local teams on applying Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Mentor teams to stay aligned with Agile values throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct regular Agile maturity assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring sessions tailored to team needs.
- Serve as a Scrum Master when needed, especially for newly formed or special project teams.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
- 5+ years of hands-on Agile experience in project or product development.
- Proven track record in Agile transformation across various project sizes and complexities.
- Practical knowledge and experience in multiple Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate at all levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, Kanban). Coaching certification is a plus.
