Core Operations Relocation Associate with German
Main Purpose:
Execution of all administrative HR activities taking into account the applicable regulations and agreements without support or with minimal support of more experienced employee.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international relocation processes (from abroad to Germany) and domestic relocations (within Germany).
- Organize and monitor the transport of individuals and their belongings.
- Provide support with formalities (when, what payments, method of payment, ensuring timelines).
- Collaborate with relocation agencies, freight companies, works council, HR Partners, and managers.
- Assist in finding solutions in challenging situations.
- Organize additional services (additional arrangements with Managers and HR Partners).
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations, perform controls (process, ICS).
- Monitor process exceptions.
- Support and follow up on issues within workflow systems.
- Creation of employment documents as well as data maintenance in the system.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of relocation processes.
Who You Are:
- Ability to use the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experience in the area of HR processes or working in a corporate environment would be beneficial.
- Openness to work with various stakeholders, including experience in customer service with a good understanding of customer needs and readiness to co-create processes with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility in changing conditions.
- Ability to build relationships based on trust and support.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness.
- Ability to quickly solve problems and make decisions in a changing environment.
- Proactive approach to action and initiative.
- High personal culture and professionalism in international contacts.
- Computer literacy, ability to use the office suite (e.g., Excel).
- English at least B2 written and spoken.
- German at least C1 written and spoken.
- Digital driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a diverse team, demonstrating accountability and the ability to hold oneself and others accountable for their responsibilities and contributions.
