Global Credit Management Operations Senior Expert 

 

Your Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality of the Credit Management process and strategy towards the internal stakeholders and external customers;
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of credit management tasks;
  • Supporting team with expertise and knowledge
  • Optimization of credit management processes
  • Contribute actively to update desktop procedures and supporting documents; proactive monitoring of process loopholes
  • Role model of active communication & collaboration;
  • Support TL and capability expert in operational topics;

Who You Are:

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Order to Cash, Risk Assessment;
  • 3+ years of experience in Credit Management or other related Order-to-Cash processes;
  • English: fluent in speech and writing;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive can-do attitude;
  • Advanced MS Office;
  • Advanced experience with ERP systems. Advanced SAP experience;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment;
