IT Quality Senior Expert 

 

Job purpose:


To embed quality, security, and compliance requirements into IT delivery by working closely with Cyber Security, Privacy, and Product teams, ensuring compliant processes, documentation, and release practices across the system lifecycle


What you do:

 

  • Coordinate quality, security, and privacy requirements with Cyber Security, IAM, and Privacy teams during system changes and releases
  • Support implementation and maintenance of quality and security gates within CI/CD pipelines (e.g. release readiness, documentation, risk acceptance)
  • Author, review, and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and controlled documentation in GxP / regulated environments
  • Ensure effective document control and training alignment using enterprise DMS tools (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and Business stakeholders to embed compliance requirements into backlogs, sprint planning, and releases
  • Support data and AI governance topics, including:basic model/data controlsprivacy and data protection alignment
  • Use and manage quality-related workflows in Jira / Azure DevOps
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality, compliance, and secure delivery practices





Who you are:

  • Experience in IT Quality, IT Compliance, or regulated IT environments
  • Proven hands-on collaboration with Cyber Security / IAM / Privacy stakeholders
  • Practical understanding of CI/CD delivery models and quality/security controls
  • Proven experience in SOP / WI authoring and document lifecycle management in GxP or similar regulated contexts
  • Familiarity with Agile / Product-based delivery ways of working
  • Exposure to AI features or data processing governance is a strong plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across IT, Security, and Business
  • Ability to translate compliance requirements into practical delivery guidance
  • Structured, pragmatic, and improvement-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English (B2/C1)

    Tools: 

  • Jira and/or Azure DevOps
  • GitLab / Jenkins (from quality & governance perspective)
  • SAST / DAST / SCA tools (awareness, not configuration)
  • Document Management Systems (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Basic SIEM or security ticketing workflows
