O2C Collections & Dispute Expert with Italian 

 

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality of Collections & Dispute Management for selected region/legal entity
  • Phone and email contact with customers
  • Customers’ account maintenance
  • Factoring reconciliation support
  • Close cooperation with customer interaction/commercial teams and the local credit department
  • Ability to recognize room for optimization of collections & dispute processes
  • Contribute actively to update desktop procedures and supporting documents
  • Active communication & collaboration

Who You Are:

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with focus on Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable or Supply Chain Management. Dispute or collections knowledge would be an asset
  • Min. 2 yrs of experience in O2C or other related relevant processes
  • English: B2; Italian: B2
  • Proactive can-do attitude
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Advanced SAP experience
  • Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment
