O2C Junior/Subject Matter Leader 

 

Position Overview:

As a Junior/Subject Matter Leader for Project CORE, you will play an integral role in supporting the CORE program team throughout preparation, implementation, and addressing open topics. You will actively participate in fit-to-template workshops for implementing the CORE template in various countries. Your expertise will be crucial in testing new system functionalities, guiding users, and documenting processes, while coordinating with global stakeholders and collaborating with third-party providers.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the CORE program team in preparation, implementation, and addressing open topics;
  • Prepare and co-drive fit-to-template workshops for CORE template implementation in countries;
  • Test new system functionalities and support User Acceptance Tests (UATs);
  • Conduct exploratory testing;
  • Guide and support users in implementing new functionalities;
  • Document processes;
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders regarding implementation;
  • Collaborate with third-party providers;
  • Manage cutover activities and data migration.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, with a focus on Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent progressive working experience;
  • 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-Cash or Supply Chain Management;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive, can-do attitude;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Advanced experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to embrace change and work in a changing environment;
  • Willingness and availability to travel.
