Product Technical Complaints Senior Specialist with English 

 

Role purpose:

Records, verifies, prioritizes and handles product technical complaints according to process documentation including escalations and sample handling processes.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Process of Product Technical Complaint Cases, including receiving complaints, entering into internal IT Tools, processing, and final closing
  • Assign appropriate initial risk classification after review of all relevant case information
  • Identify escalation needs and notification
  • Apply country-specific requirements and product-specific requirements during the processing of Technical Complaint Cases
  • Support the sample handling and reimbursement process
  • Create letters to complainants and 3rd party companies
  • Cooperation with internal and external call centres, manufacturing sites, country quality units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughly
  • Ensures an appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures

 

Your profile:

  • Medical / Pharmaceutical / Natural science background
  • Proven professional experience in the respective process and business acumen
  • Ability to work in international and cross-country teams and processes
  • English at least B2 written and spoken in a must
  • Analytical skills - the ability to draw conclusions and think outside the box while investigating the complaint cases

 

Nice to have:

  • Additional European languages (German, Norwegian, Swedish, Russian)
  • SAP user experience
