Your Tasks & Responsibilities: 
 

  • Execute Asset Management accounting transactions with precision, ensuring adherence to process documentation and standards, particularly related to:
  1. the investment process;
  2. creation and maintenance of asset master data;
  3. the transfer, disposal and sale of assets;
  4. closing and reporting activities;
  5. physical inventory count;
  6. handling of audit requests;
     
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and reporting activities.
  • Reconcile general ledger and subledgers accounts.
  • Cooperation with other departments and local accounting platform
  • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues.
  • Assisting with financial audits.
  • Comply with standards, policies and procedures defined.
  • Documenting and monitoring internal controls.
  • Contribute to process improvements, actively participating in a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

 

Who You Are:
 

  • Very good German and English language skills (Must).
  • University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3 + years of experience in accounting, controlling or similar.
  • Profound knowledge of asset management and general accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Dedication and accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to make decisions, and eager to learn;
  • Motivation, communication, teamwork and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment.
  • Intermediate in SAP or other ERP system
